E-mploy Agency is an established not for profit organisation which began in 2005, and based in London Borough of Tower Hamlets. We identify qualified childcare workers that reflect the community and place them into temporary employment. We have a positive track record for building robust partnerships with the private, public, voluntary, and third sector employers.

E-mploy has expanded our strategic view. We have increased our services delivery to the other four Olympic boroughs and have set-up satellite hubs in Newham, Hackney, Greenwich and Waltham Forest.

What E-mploy Offers:-

• Business Development to increase the profile of E-mploy across the Olympic boroughs by launching our childcare services to fill in the gaps for employers seeking to find childcare workers on a short term or long term basis
• Childcare Management Consultancy to assist and advise registered childcare provisions in order to increase quality and improve Ofsted inspection outcomes.
• Specialist Training Programme Introduction to working in schools/offered as a range of short course to individuals, providers and parents caring for children and young people with special needs and Paediatric First Aid Courses and Food Safety Course accredited by CIEH. 
• Payroll management: we offer a payroll services to suit your needs. This will cut down the cost of payroll services in house. All you have to do is provide the employee details and relevant pay for each period and we do the rest.  
• Little Londoners Mobile Crèche: facility designed to offer children the opportunity to develop social, intellectual and physical skills in a safe, secure, multi-cultural environment where they can develop skills through interactive play. We can locate the service at corporate events, celebratory events or added to a training facility 
• Hot desking space to support self-employed individual’s by providing access to an office space
• Accounting service which can support you with all your financial needs.
