About E-mploy Agency

E-mploy Agency started in April 2005 after a 2 year pilot scheme focusing on childcare. Our vision was to support all organisations from the Public and Voluntary and Community Sectors by providing qualified childcare workers to cover training courses that they provide to the local community. After this successful phase of the scheme, we began to grow rapidly, providing workers to companies that most agencies would not cover as the hours were seen as inconvenient. We are now expanding our vision by placing qualified construction workers into temporary work.

With the 2012 Olympics coming to the local area we have anticipated that there will be many opportunities for local skilled people within the construction industry.

E-mploy Agency is a social enterprise with a strong equal opportunities policy. We place temporary/long-term workers from all walks of life into various types of organisations.

As a social enterprise we contribute some of our surplus back into the community via local training schemes, giving local people the opportunity to develop and helping to fill the skills gap for local businesses.

E-mploy Agency has been fortunate enough to receive a grant and a loan from Adventure Capital Fund to initially get our business up and running and they have continued to support the organisation as we grow.

We have designed our website to support both clients and candidates accessing registration to our services.
