I am a temp childcare worker at E-mploy Agency.  A friend recommended the agency to me.  I joined the agency to gain more experience and help practice my skills as well as gain new skills.  It’s been one year since I have registered with the Agency.  I have achieved skills such as being able to deal with new members of staff as well as new children in different environments and adapt to the rules and regulations.  I feel more confident in meeting new people and dealing with parents in all different settings.  I have travelled across London and have worked on different assignments, this has built up my knowledge in the area I live and further afield.

I have recommended the agency to my friends also people who I meet when I am at work and tell them what our agency does.  I have worked with different organisations such as Parks and Play, Children’s Centres and Charities.
